The Kallang River Masterplan, as announced in the Singapore Master Plan 2019, will rejuvenate the areas around the Kallang River area, including Mountbatten, Guillemard, Geylang and Paya Lebar, slated to complete in 2023 through 2025.

This transformation will inject vibrancy along the Kallang River, providing rejuvenation opportunities for new homes, work places, recreation and community spaces. With its route winding through the central region of Singapore, both public and private housing will be introduced in precincts along the Kallang river to enjoy the enhanced connectivity.

Transport Network Around LIV@MB

LIV@MB enjoys excellent connection to all parts of Singapore. The nearest MRT Station is Katong Park MRT Station which is on the Thomson East Coast Line (TEL). Driving to all parts of Singapore is also made convenient with major expressways a short connection away.

The Thomson East Coast MRT Line will bring residents in the east and along the North-South Corridor closer to a train station and hence giving them faster access to the city. 

Commuters will enjoy a 35-minute journey from Woodlands South to Orchard on the TEL, compared to a 50-minute journey by bus and MRT today.
