The 2 towers at LIV@MB by Bukit Sembawang condo can be up to 24 storeys high. Furthermore, the prized location of LIV@MB brings with it exciting possibilities, with the Kallang River Transformation in the pipeline.
The Kallang River Masterplan, as announced in the Singapore Master Plan 2019, will rejuvenate the areas around the Kallang River area, including Mountbatten, Guillemard, Geylang and Paya Lebar, slated to complete in 2023 through 2025.
This transformation will inject vibrancy along the Kallang River, providing rejuvenation opportunities for new homes, work places, recreation and community spaces. With its route winding through the central region of Singapore, both public and private housing will be introduced in precincts along the Kallang river to enjoy the enhanced connectivity.
