Upcoming New Condo Launches in Lentor
in 2022 and 2023 - Confirmed List
The Singapore government has announced exciting plans to rejuvenate the North-East region, in the URA Master Plan 2019. One of the focus is on expanded housing options for nearby Ang Mo Kio, Serangoon and Hougang areas. Lentor Modern will the first land parcel to be launched in Lentor Hills Estate.
These are the confirmed upcoming new condo launches at Lentor area for 2022 and 2023:

Lentor Hills Road (Parcel A) was successfully awarded to Intrepid Investments Pte. Ltd., GuocoLand (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. and TID Residential Pte. Ltd in January 2022. This will be another exciting development by GuocoLand.
Lentor Hills Road (Parcel B) will be launched via Government Land Sales (GLS) sale in May 2022.

Lentor Modern development will be integrated with the upcoming Lentor MRT station on the Thomson East Coast Line (TEL) and this will be the most attractive attribute among the other developments at Lentor Hill Estate.

Secondly, Lentor Modern will one of key developments around the new Lentor Hills neighbourhood. According to Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA), they have planned Lentor Hills as a new neighbourhood conveniently located near the upcoming Lentor MRT station around an existing hillock.
Lentor Hills estate will feature new parks, seamless pedestrian and cycling connectivity between Teachers Estate and Lentor MRT station, as well as commercial amenities to serve the community.
This is why the government has released 5 other plots of land around this area, as they foresee a significant demand in this area.
